GeForce 6200 vs. GeForce XFX 7600GT?

I have a low powered desktop (Dell Dimension 8250 with 512mb RDRAM. 3.0ghz and 250 watts). After some research, I came down with 2 options for the graphic card. Please let me know which one of these will perform better. This is a spare desktop for my kids so please do not advise me to upgrade other parts for better performance (not trying to be rude). If you can tell me which one of these will be better or if you have a different low-wattage video card that will give me a better performance, please advise.

The 250 watt pwr supply in Dell comps are usually pretty good ones. I have used these cards before for Dell upgrades and they worked fine.
